2) Scope

  • The Fawbbie mobile application;
  • Our support and communications with you; and
  • Any web pages or services we operate that link to this Policy.

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Account & profile: name (optional), username, email address.
  • Support: messages and attachments you send to customer support.
  • Content you create or upload: drafts, outlines, notes, chapters, and other writing content; optional images or text you choose to submit for certain features.
  • Automatically collected: device information, usage analytics, crash logs, and diagnostics.
  • Location (permission-based): approximate or precise location if you grant permission; you can withdraw permission in device settings.
  • Cookies & similar technologies (where applicable): used for login/session management, preferences, security, and basic analytics (may include web beacons).
  • Photos / face-related information: no facial recognition and no biometric identifiers; one-time processing and deletion after processing; local storage by default where supported; not used for training or marketing.

4) Optional automated (AI) processing

Some features may use automated processing to help you generate or transform content (for example, generating text from your inputs, or generating output from a photo or text you upload).

If you use these features:

  • Your submitted text and/or image may be transmitted to and processed on servers controlled by Fawbbie Team.
  • We do not share your submitted text/images with third parties for processing.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your submitted text/images.
  • We delete the submitted text/images promptly after processing is complete, unless you choose to save the results in the app.
  • You control whether to upload content and whether to generate results.

5) How we use information (purposes)

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Personalize the Service (such as saving preferences).
  • Improve and develop the Service (including analytics and troubleshooting).
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Protect security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information.

6) How we disclose / share information

We may disclose information only as needed and in the following cases:

  • With your consent: when you ask us to or give permission.
  • Service providers (processors): trusted vendors that help operate the Service, under our instructions and with minimal necessary access.
  • Legal, safety, and rights: to comply with law, protect users and the public, or investigate fraud/security incidents.
